It’s remarkable to think Doctor Who’s 'revival' is now twenty years old. When the original series hit the same milestone in 1983, producer John Nathan-Turner created The Five Doctors, featuring all of the character’s incarnations to that date. With Tom Baker’s contribution being drawn from the unaired Douglas Adams story Shada, and William Hartnell having passed, Richard Hurndall stepped in as the 1st Doctor—delivering a spirited performance that filled the gap beautifully. Tragically, it would be his only appearance before his death months later.

Nearly twenty years after Character Options’ first Doctor Who figure, we are proud to finally bring Richard Hurndall’s Doctor to the range.
